Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • 4×10-hour shifts, primarily 2nd and 3rd shift
  • Must be available at least one weekend day
  • Starting pay: $21.64/hour

Responsibilities

  • Monitor high volume of medical alert alarms with urgency and care
  • Contact clients to assess alerts and determine necessary interventions
  • Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, emergency contacts, and Police/Fire/EMS
  • Follow standardized workflows to determine next steps for each alert
  • Verify patient demographics and record all interactions in the system
  • Relay messages to appropriate healthcare professionals or agencies
  • Assist with client enrollment and provide support for existing clients
  • Troubleshoot devices and arrange for maintenance as needed
  • Collaborate with case managers, home service reps, and other departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of related professional or healthcare/medical experience
  • LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and high energy pace
