Schedule

  • Required start date: September 9, 2025
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Full-time, remote position (must live in Hawaii)
  • Must attend 100% of on-camera training for the first 30 days
  • Overtime as required

Responsibilities

  • Answer and document customer inquiries while ensuring all information is accurate and timely
  • Follow company procedures and maintain trip data in the system
  • Educate members on services and insurance coverage
  • Resolve concerns using provided protocols and scripts; escalate unresolved issues
  • Handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
  • Multitask across multiple systems while maintaining professionalism

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
  • Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM and talk/type simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) with hardwired connection
  • Dedicated, private work area for handling sensitive documents securely
