Schedule
- Required start date: September 9, 2025
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must live in Hawaii)
- Must attend 100% of on-camera training for the first 30 days
- Overtime as required
Responsibilities
- Answer and document customer inquiries while ensuring all information is accurate and timely
- Follow company procedures and maintain trip data in the system
- Educate members on services and insurance coverage
- Resolve concerns using provided protocols and scripts; escalate unresolved issues
- Handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
- Multitask across multiple systems while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience
- Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and talk/type simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) with hardwired connection
- Dedicated, private work area for handling sensitive documents securely
