Schedule
- Required Start Date: September 9, 2025
- Full-time schedule, Sunday through Saturday (varied shifts)
- 100% remote work — must reside in New Jersey
- Training: Attend 100% of training sessions, on camera, during your first 30 days
- Overtime as required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members with questions about service offerings
- Receive, document, and resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately
- Schedule, modify, and cancel customer reservations following company protocols and scripts
- Input accurate trip data into systems and maintain compliance with company procedures
- Educate members on services and insurance coverage
- Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate department
- Handle a high call volume (up to 100+ calls per day) with professionalism
- Multitask across multiple systems while maintaining clear communication
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months contact center or customer service experience
- Ability to type 35+ WPM while talking clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills (documentation in English)
- High-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and ability to hardwire directly to modem
- Dedicated, private work area to securely handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making skills
