Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
- Remote role
- Flexible hours and overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and client representatives via phone, email, or mail to secure the return of company rental equipment
- Manage incoming calls, respond to requests, and assist with inquiries
- Resolve issues through research, problem-solving, and escalation when needed
- Place outbound calls to arrange equipment returns
- Maintain accurate, detailed customer records and documentation
- Record call details, update customer files, and report call trends
- Attempt to retain clients by converting to private pay when coverage is lost
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Support project productivity and quality goals
- Participate in other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 0+ years of experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams
- Skilled in multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
