For this role, you’ll be part of the Illinois SALT (Screening Assessment for Long Term Settings) program, performing essential clinical reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and patient-centered care.


Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Standard weekday schedule with potential flexibility
  • Company-issued computer equipment and cell phone provided
  • Reliable high-speed internet required (20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload minimum; 50 Mbps download for shared networks)
  • Private, secure home workspace

Responsibilities

  • Perform Level I PASRR screenings, reviewing intake submissions and verifying clinical details
  • Assess requests for admissions, discharges, and continued stays for compliance with clinical criteria and regulations
  • Approve, deny, or recommend services per contract requirements
  • Request additional clinical documentation when needed
  • Document all activities within contract systems
  • Communicate with providers, individuals, and state workers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Current LPN license valid in the state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Familiarity with Level I PASRR screenings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in psychiatric or skilled nursing settings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
