Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST (note your time zone)
- Fully remote – company-provided equipment
- Paid training via interactive Zoom sessions
- Not a part-time position
Compensation & Benefits
- $17.05/hour base pay (most Canadian provinces)

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to previous and existing customers
- Upsell and add products/services tailored to customer needs
- Stay updated on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming, and TV
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales
- Maintain confidentiality and meet/exceed KPI targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience (call center preferred)
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections effectively
- Strong computer skills and multi-tasking ability
- Wired internet connection (ethernet) required
- Eligible to work in the USA or Canada
