Schedule
- Fully remote role (USA only)
- Base salary: $55,000/year + performance-based bonus
- Up to 25% travel for onsite visits and events

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong long-term relationships
- Understand client goals and align internal resources to meet them
- Coordinate and distribute promotional and marketing materials in a timely manner
- Support and attend up to 25% of events and onsite meetings, representing the company professionally
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and post-event follow-ups
- Monitor and track client incentive programs, ensuring accuracy in performance reporting and rewards
- Communicate earnings reports and updates to clients, providing clear summaries and addressing inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in account management, client services, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with up to 25% travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States
