Schedule

  • Fully remote position
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Standard business hours; specific schedule discussed during interview

What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional service to patients on behalf of clients
  • Contact patients via phone to collect payments on medical bills
  • Communicate accurate information in a clear, professional manner
  • Review patient accounts and document interactions
  • Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements
  • Set up payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
  • Follow company policies and procedures while meeting performance goals
  • Collaborate with team leads and management to resolve disputes

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and confidentiality skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
