- Occasional flexibility for onboarding sessions
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and document storage
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork is completed on time
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their transition
- Update HRIS for employee status changes and ensure accurate payroll reporting
- Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation
- Assist with compliance training and reporting
- Provide general HR support and escalate complex issues when needed
What You Need
- Knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Confidence to manage sensitive and confidential HR matters
- Experience with virtual onboarding processes and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Associate degree or SHRM Certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience
