Schedule

  • Occasional flexibility for onboarding sessions

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities, including background checks, offer letters, and document storage
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork is completed on time
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their transition
  • Update HRIS for employee status changes and ensure accurate payroll reporting
  • Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with compliance training and reporting
  • Provide general HR support and escalate complex issues when needed

What You Need

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Confidence to manage sensitive and confidential HR matters
  • Experience with virtual onboarding processes and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Associate degree or SHRM Certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience
