Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Comprehensive paid training provided before start date
- Support a state-wide customer service and contact center team
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead call center operations for enrollment and eligibility services
- Coach, mentor, and develop call center staff
- Ensure team performance aligns with quality and compliance standards
- Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a direct call center supervisory role, including coaching and staff development
- At least 2 years’ experience in call center operations
- Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience/training
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of health care, managed care, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act preferred
