Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Remote role with equipment pickup at your local office
- Comprehensive training provided before start date
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals and families in gaining access to health care services
- Provide accurate, consistent information in response to inquiries
- Document calls and create workflows in company systems
- Deliver quality customer service and support in every interaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong PC skills and willingness to learn new applications
- Ability to manage high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Understanding of Medicaid and health insurance programs preferred
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) strongly preferred
