Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST
- Pay: $69,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor the Epic HB & PB payment posting team
- Oversee accurate, timely posting of insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and refunds in Epic
- Monitor workloads, ensuring prompt processing of payments, denials, and adjustments
- Conduct audits, track trends, and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure reconciliation of batches, deposits, bank statements, and reports
- Resolve escalated payment posting errors, denial trends, and reconciliation variances
- Collaborate with AR, denials, billing, and collections teams to maintain contractual compliance
- Recommend and implement Epic workflow optimizations and automation strategies
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer regulations, and HIPAA
Requirements
- 3–5 years in medical payment posting, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing with Epic Resolute HB & PB
- Strong knowledge of ERA/EOB processing, reconciliation, denials, and payer adjustments
- Leadership or supervisory experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
