Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote position
  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST
  • Annual salary: $69,000

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administrative functions of the Insurance department
  • Produce and review reports to ensure operational efficiency
  • Coach, train, and develop staff to meet performance goals
  • Create and maintain incentive programs and contests to boost productivity
  • Motivate staff to consistently achieve daily collection targets
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Conduct monthly quality reviews to ensure compliance with policies and workflows
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce errors and improve reimbursement rates
  • Communicate department status and improvement initiatives to the billing manager
  • Manage team inventory and respond to client emails and required reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare insurance collections; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with proven success motivating teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and implement solutions
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies
