Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in an eligible U.S. state)
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule
- Paid training provided
- Pay: $16.50/hour
Responsibilities
- Search multiple hospital systems for active payments on patient accounts
- Post payment transactions from multiple sources using 10-key entry
- Apply Coordination of Benefits rules accurately
- Close and return accounts that have been fully invoiced
- Maintain and update system access credentials as needed
- Train fellow employees on specific systems when required
- Resolve issues with troubled accounts
- Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Reside in an eligible state (see list in job description)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and internet navigation
- Knowledge of or ability to learn AcciClaim
- Strong 10-key data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing demands, and produce accurate work
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
