Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (must reside in an eligible U.S. state)
- Monday–Friday, with paid training lasting 8–10 business days
- On-camera participation required during training and team activities
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurers, and attorneys to investigate auto accidents and determine responsible payers
- Bill and submit documentation to insurance companies to maximize client payments
- Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims, taking steps to secure additional reimbursement
- Research and resolve claim issues, using problem-solving skills to identify solutions
- Assist with denial reports, audits, and other team tasks
Requirements
- Reside in an eligible state (list provided in job description)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple screens and software programs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet productivity metrics
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Coordination of Benefits or insurance billing is a plus
