Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Monday–Friday, with ongoing coordination between franchise partners, payers, and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Review patient files for completeness and accuracy to ensure all revenue opportunities are included in prior authorization submissions
  • Complete and submit prior authorizations in a timely manner to secure payer reimbursement
  • Communicate with franchise partners, payers, and internal departments to track and report authorization status
  • Document all case activity and correspondence to maintain accurate, complete account records
  • Investigate and verify benefits for both pharmacy and medical third-party claims
  • Obtain reauthorizations, follow up on pending requests, and expedite responses from payers
  • Track and escalate service issues to avoid delays that could interrupt patient therapy
  • Clearly communicate financial obligations to patients before starting service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in intake/authorizations and home infusion therapy (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence patients, caregivers, and payer representatives
  • Proven understanding of billing and collection processes across payer types
  • Ability to identify gaps from documentation reviews, propose solutions, and take corrective action
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking and maintaining case records
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy applications
