Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote role
- Monday–Friday schedule with production targets
- Minimal direct supervision, high autonomy
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims accurately and on time
- Ensure all revenue opportunities are captured, including billing primary and secondary payers
- Resolve rejected claims to ensure future submissions succeed
- Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and update statuses for team communication
- Document all case activity, communications, and correspondence in CareTend
- Contribute billing expertise to training programs, materials, and process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
What You Need
- 2–5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience (required)
- High school diploma with specialized training in medical billing, intake, or collections
- Strong knowledge of billing processes for all payer types
- Ability to identify and resolve documentation and process gaps
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in an infusion suite setting (preferred)
