Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote role
  • Monday–Friday schedule with production targets
  • Minimal direct supervision, high autonomy

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims accurately and on time
  • Ensure all revenue opportunities are captured, including billing primary and secondary payers
  • Resolve rejected claims to ensure future submissions succeed
  • Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and update statuses for team communication
  • Document all case activity, communications, and correspondence in CareTend
  • Contribute billing expertise to training programs, materials, and process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team

What You Need

  • 2–5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience (required)
  • High school diploma with specialized training in medical billing, intake, or collections
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes for all payer types
  • Ability to identify and resolve documentation and process gaps
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in an infusion suite setting (preferred)
