Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote role
- Monday–Friday schedule with production and collection targets
- Minimal direct supervision, high autonomy
What You’ll Do
- Review and follow up on outstanding Home Infusion claims with insurers and patients
- Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce DSO and bad debt
- Submit appeals with correct documentation in compliance with payer and company requirements
- Communicate claim statuses with franchise partners and internal teams
- Maintain accurate case activity records in the system and schedule timely follow-ups
- Investigate and verify insurance benefits for pharmacy and medical claims
- Educate patients on financial obligations prior to starting therapy
- Contribute billing expertise to training materials and process improvements
What You Need
- 2–5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience (required)
- High school diploma with specialized training in medical billing or collections
- Strong understanding of reimbursement processes for all payer types
- Ability to identify and resolve documentation gaps and claim issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
