Responsibilities
- Represent GoodLeap as a knowledgeable point of contact during customer calls
- Provide exceptional service and support using strong verbal and written communication skills
- Identify opportunities to offer additional GoodLeap products to customers
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Handle customer issues with diplomacy and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with management to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (solar industry preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
