Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- $15.00/hr.
- Company-provided technology and remote training
- Must maintain reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Contact contracted practitioners to ensure compliance and validate quarterly directory information
- Conduct Access to Care Surveys and secret shopper calls to meet regulatory requirements
- Audit directory listings for accuracy and update practitioner change information
- Train newly contracted practitioners on onboarding requirements and collect attestations
- Support webinar education activities and collect feedback to improve processes
- Provide general administrative support, including distributing practitioner notices via fax, email, and mail
- Collaborate with managers and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment
