Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- High-volume inbound call environment
- $18.50/hr. + bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do
- Manage a paperless health insurance subrogation caseload
- Investigate cases and pursue med-pay, no-fault, liability, and workers’ compensation recoveries
- Research case details, request information, and access remote health claim systems
- Place parties of interest on notice and maintain accurate case records
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and written inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal laws
What You Need
- High school diploma and 1+ year of analytic or claims experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Customer service skills with strong organization and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
