- Fully remote within the U.S.
- Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00/hr.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule attorneys for hearings using scripted dialogue and company systems
- Make frequent outbound calls to clients and attorneys
- Meet or exceed set goals and metrics
- Participate in daily team stand-up meetings
- Uphold high standards of client service and communication
What You Need
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Technical proficiency and the ability to learn systems quickly
- Analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- English fluency (spoken and written)
