Schedule
- Part-time, remote position
- $20.75/hour
- Paid training provided
- Camera use required for training, meetings, and team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when possible
- Explain contract details clearly and professionally
- Manage customer relationships to promote loyalty and trust
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Previous CRM experience a plus
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Must pass a background check
