Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • $23/hour
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Paid training provided
  • Camera use required for training, meetings, and coaching sessions

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the final day of new hire training to ensure a seamless transition to production
  • Shadow live customer calls and provide immediate feedback and coaching
  • Support escalated calls, helping new hires build confidence
  • Track and report onboarding progress through daily/weekly Quality Plans in InContact
  • Deliver daily summaries and weekly insights to leadership and training teams
  • Audit customer service call handling for accuracy and missed opportunities
  • Partner with team leads to address performance trends and coaching needs
  • Develop action plans for post-onboarding success
  • Assist in creating and delivering training materials and modules
  • Monitor performance metrics tied to efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain active communication via Teams, email, meetings, and phone calls
  • Support interdepartmental collaboration and participate in weekly/bi-weekly meetings

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of contract language, terms, conditions, and policies
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems preferred
  • Excellent customer service and soft skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and adaptable under pressure
  • Strong ethics, punctuality, and excellent attendance record
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in all communications
  • Must pass a background check
