As a Member Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice our members trust for guidance, troubleshooting, and peace of mind—sometimes in life-saving moments.


Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • $17/hour
  • Start Date: Monday, September 8
  • Perfect attendance required during first 60 days
  • Equipment provided
  • Permanent residency required in: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, or TX
  • Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet suitable for remote work

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and caregivers regarding orders, products, billing, and account services
  • Guide members through troubleshooting and product use
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and billing practices
  • Update member accounts and accurately document interactions
  • De-escalate dissatisfied member situations with professionalism and problem-solving
  • Promote and sell additional products or services during service calls
  • Collaborate with teammates to enhance the member experience
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years in member service, call center, or customer-facing role desired
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to multitask
  • Strong active listening skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
