Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first role (work from home)
  • Applications accepted on an ongoing basis
  • Salary range: $16.50–$21.50/hour (based on skills, experience, and location)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or instant messaging
  • Process address changes, orders, warranty requests, and billing/payment updates
  • Escalate technical or product-related issues to the appropriate department
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, identifying root causes and solutions
  • Track, document, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Meet performance standards for quality, schedule adherence, and handle time
  • Provide mentoring or guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of company products, services, and operations to resolve inquiries
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer navigation and office software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity in customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
