Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role (work from home)
- Applications accepted on an ongoing basis
- Salary range: $16.50–$21.50/hour (based on skills, experience, and location)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or instant messaging
- Process address changes, orders, warranty requests, and billing/payment updates
- Escalate technical or product-related issues to the appropriate department
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, identifying root causes and solutions
- Track, document, and maintain accurate customer records
- Meet performance standards for quality, schedule adherence, and handle time
- Provide mentoring or guidance to less experienced team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of company products, services, and operations to resolve inquiries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in computer navigation and office software
- Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity in customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
