Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first role (work from home)
  • Applications accepted on an ongoing basis
  • Flexible, supportive work environment
  • Salary range: $17.50–$25.35/hour (dependent on experience, skills, and location)

Responsibilities
Customer Care (70%)

  • Serve as the primary contact for coordinating medical services and patient care
  • Independently address routine and complex client inquiries for one or more service lines
  • Resolve escalations using root cause analysis to deliver the best outcomes
  • Demonstrate the seven qualities of exceptional care: friendliness, empathy, empowerment, accountability, knowledge, resilience, and fairness

Collaboration (10%)

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and clear information to clients
  • Share best practices and solutions to enhance client experience
  • Mentor colleagues to improve client interaction skills

Administration (20%)

  • Research, analyze, and resolve low- to moderate-level inquiries
  • Maintain detailed system notes to reduce follow-up needs
  • Run reports, interpret data, and recommend action steps
  • Meet or exceed role-specific KPIs
  • Apply HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards in all interactions

Requirements

  • 2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of relevant experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of company products, services, and operations to resolve inquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer navigation and office software
  • Empathetic, professional approach to client care
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
