Schedule
- 6+ month contract, potential for extension
- 100% remote within approved U.S. hiring regions

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries on mortgage loans
- Process monthly payments, loan modifications, refinances, and payoffs
- Contact borrowers to resolve payment issues and update account information
- Collaborate with servicing teams to identify at-risk borrowers and develop solutions
- Document all customer interactions in company systems
- Process verification of mortgage and proof of insurance requests
- Support post-closing updates and pilot program loan adjustments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong relationship-building skills in a team environment
- Ability to own and resolve customer issues end-to-end
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
- Knowledge of TCPA, FDCPA, and CFPB guidelines a plus
- Understanding of tax, escrow analysis, and mortgage/hazard insurance a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus

- Salary range: $42,000–$59,000 annually + bonus + benefits (based on experience and location)
