Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and action-driven messaging across email, push, and SMS channels
- Optimize onboarding flows, renewal reminders, and other lifecycle campaigns for engagement
- Balance urgency, personalization, and Function’s authoritative tone in every message
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, creative leadership, and other stakeholders
- Ensure brand voice and values are reflected across all lifecycle touchpoints
Requirements
- 5+ years of copywriting experience at agencies and/or high-craft brands (preferably in high-growth DTC or health-tech)
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Passion for Function Health’s mission and a growth mindset
