Schedule

- 100% attendance required during training
- Some hybrid roles may require in-office work Tuesday–Thursday with remote flexibility Monday and Friday
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume outbound calls to customers with overdue loan payments
- Negotiate repayment solutions, payment plans, and arrangements to bring accounts current
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Clearly explain the consequences of overdue payments while offering assistance
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and account updates in Enova’s database
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound collections experience in a call center environment
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and processes
- Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Compensation
- $21.00/hour starting pay + potential bonus
