Responsibilities
- Serve as named Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers
- Respond to daily cases, meeting service level agreements and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Handle customer escalations, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Lead scheduled client calls and participate in new client transitions
- Configure Workday pay components, deductions, and run categories; support year-end processing
- Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports; provide recommendations
- Maintain payroll services support documentation and meet quality/production metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests and improve processes
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required
- 3+ years payroll experience with end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
- 3+ years customer experience or equivalent skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, compliance, multi-jurisdiction tax, and W-2 support
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and meet tight deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in payroll outsourcing, Workday, and Salesforce
