In this fully remote role, you’ll process and manage provider enrollment applications, ensuring compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state requirements. Your work directly supports behavioral health providers and helps connect people with the care they need.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay: $16.88 – $33.22 per hour (based on experience & location)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (flexible to your time zone)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Process 10–15 behavioral health provider enrollment applications daily
• Review, audit, and load applications into database tracking systems
• Conduct audits to reduce errors and improve processes
• Resolve application issues with payers in multiple states
• Research and apply government regulatory information
• Serve as a resource for compliance workflows and NCQA requirements
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years experience submitting behavioral health provider payer enrollment applications
• Experience with at least 10 payer enrollments in states such as OK, HI, AZ, WI, MN, CA, WA, OR, NE
• 2+ years compliance workflow experience (NCQA policies)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
