Sonsio Vehicle Protection is seeking a Claims Settler for our Tire Operations team. In this role, you’ll review and process tire-related claims, verify coverage, ensure accurate payments, and maintain strong relationships with customers, repair facilities, and internal teams. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who excel in customer service and claim resolution.
✅ Position Highlights
• Pay range: $18.00 – $19.00/hour
• Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (MT)
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) match (50% on the dollar up to 7%)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Review service agreements to verify coverage and reimbursement eligibility
• Follow claim settlement procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Verify all claim details and confirm correct payment recipients
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and repair facilities
• Collaborate with fellow claims team members to meet service expectations
• Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable support via phone and email
• Coordinate workflow with other claims center staff to ensure smooth operations
