📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer incoming calls about retirement, life, and annuity investment products
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Maintain knowledge of products, procedures, and systems

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of call center, customer service, or financial services experience
• Professional communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
