ACC Premiere is hiring a Patient Transportation Coordinator to assist clients with scheduling non-emergency medical transportation. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle inbound calls, coordinate transportation services, and help ensure patients get to their medical appointments safely and on time. • Pay: $11.50/hour
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote – hiring in AL, AR, GA, ID, IA, KS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV, and WY
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, includes a weekend shift; permanent schedule assigned during interview process

📋 What You’ll Own
• Take inbound calls to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma (college preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to customer needs
• Experience supporting consumer products or services a plus
