ACC Premiere is seeking a Wisconsin-based Provider Operations Coordinator to assist clients with their non-emergency medical transportation needs. In this fully remote role, you’ll take inbound calls, use technology to schedule reliable transportation for patients, and help solve one of healthcare’s growing challenges—ensuring patients get to and from appointments safely and on time.

• Pay: $14/hour
• Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote – Wisconsin residents only
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday; permanent schedule assigned during the interview process

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls to arrange non-emergency medical transportation
• Consult with customers to determine the best transportation options

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma (college preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Experience supporting consumer products or services a plus
