This remote role is open to candidates in Texas, Idaho, or Nevada and involves handling escalated customer interactions, reviewing communications for quality, and ensuring team members uphold company standards.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Train and develop customer service representatives
• Review calls, chats, and emails for quality and adherence to policy
• Handle escalated customer calls, chats, and emails with professionalism

• Keep team updated on new policies and procedures
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• 50+ WPM typing speed (60+ preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
• 2+ years in customer service, help desk, or call center preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
• Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving skills
