Position Highlights
• 💵 $19.00/hour
• 🕒 Part-Time | Multiple shift options available
• 🌎 100% Remote (FL, GA, TX residents only)
• 🎁 Select benefits + vacation accrual (up to 64 hours/year)


📋 What You’ll Own
• Support members, providers, brokers, and vendors via phone, email, and chat
• Handle a high volume of service requests and back-office tasks
• Monitor and manage assigned caseloads to ensure prompt resolution
• Build strong internal and external relationships
• Escalate concerns as needed and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare privacy and operational standards


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ years in a customer service or high-volume support setting
• 1+ years in healthcare or insurance (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong data entry, tracking, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with G-Suite or Microsoft Office tools
