🌟 The Role
As a Virtual Urgent Care APP, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care to Oscar Health members across multiple states—all from the comfort of your home. This overnight role is perfect for providers experienced in virtual care and ready to take urgent care into the future.
📌 What You’ll Do
• 🩺 Deliver evidence-based virtual care to patients overnight
• 🧠 Collaborate with physicians, APP leads, RNs, and behavioral health clinicians
• 🧪 Follow up on labs, imaging, and coordinate patient communication
• 🏥 Use remote monitoring and diagnostics for virtual exams
• 🤝 Participate in daily huddles, case reviews, and team meetings
• 🛠️ Provide input to improve operational workflows and digital tools
• ✅ Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, regulations, and best practices
🎓 What You Bring
• 🧑⚕️ DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA degree from an accredited program
• ✅ Board Certified (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC)
• 🗂️ Compact RN license (if an APRN)
• 🇪🇸 Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
• ⏱️ 3+ years of urgent care experience
• 🌐 2+ years delivering virtual care
• 📍 Must be licensed in GA, TX, and FL
