As our Weekend Scheduling Specialist, you’ll be the steady hand keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll manage work orders, handle emergencies, and provide top-tier customer service for our hospitality clients—all while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

📍 Remote | Eastern Time Hours (8:30 AM – 5 PM ET)
📌 Key Responsibilities
• 📞 Deliver world-class customer service on every interaction
• 🧭 Schedule and coordinate technicians for weekend work, including emergencies
• 💬 Respond to inquiries by phone and email, tracking each request through resolution
• 🛠️ Prioritize service orders while balancing SLAs and technician capacity
• 🧠 Problem-solve in real-time and escalate urgent issues when needed
• 🔄 Provide flexible weekday support for overflow scheduling
• 🧾 Maintain accurate records and data entry across systems
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
🧠 What You Bring
• 🧭 2+ years of scheduling or routing experience
• ⏰ Availability Wednesday–Sunday
• 💬 Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 🖥️ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• 🧩 Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• 🤹 Able to multitask across email, phone, and scheduling systems
