• Handle low to moderate-level escalations independently

• Share and implement best practices for smoother workflows

Administration (20%)
• Research and resolve more complex issues with root-cause precision
• Maintain accurate records and document resolutions

📚 What You Bring to the Table
• 📘 2 years post-high school education or 3+ years of experience
