As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the front line of support for borrowers after a loan closes—handling inquiries, payment issues, and processing requests to help keep customers happy and returning.

• 💵 $42,000–$59,000/year + bonus
• 📅 6+ month contract (full-time hours)
• 🌍 100% remote within approved U.S. regions

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle incoming borrower inquiries about mortgage loans
• Reach out to resolve issues with payments or payment accounts
• Coordinate with other teams to identify at-risk borrowers
• Update and manage customer records across internal systems
• Process payoff requests, proof of insurance, and account changes
• Assist with Post Closing tasks, including pilot program updates
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar platforms) a plus
• Mortgage/loan servicing knowledge preferred (TCPA, FDCPA, CFPB)
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking, knowledge of escrow, hazard insurance, or taxes
