As a Provider Data Verification Advocate, you’ll be part of an outbound call center team ensuring the accuracy of provider records and data across multiple campaigns. This is a fully remote, metric-driven position with plenty of growth potential, ideal for candidates with healthcare call center experience.

• 🕘 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• ⏰ Shifts available between 8 AM – 6 PM CT
• 💸 $17/hour + performance-based quarterly bonuses
• 🧠 2-week virtual paid training (mandatory)
• 💻 100% Remote (U.S. only)
📍 What You’ll Be Doing
• Make outbound calls to verify provider demographics, status, and data accuracy
• Manage 20–40 data points per provider/location using dialers or Excel
• Research and validate info using multiple data tools when direct contact fails
• Document calls clearly and update systems accurately
• Navigate up to 20 different campaigns per month
• Hit performance targets for quality, productivity, and attendance
• Collaborate across departments for operational clarity and efficiency
• Stay HIPAA-compliant in a high-risk data handling role
🎯 What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years call center experience (6+ months in healthcare preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology or coding (preferred)
• Excellent communication, data entry, and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with Excel, outbound dialers, and CRM/data platforms
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting
• High attention to detail, strong boundaries, and problem-solving skills
