You’ll be the go-to for strategic guidance, technical support, and account management—all while ensuring clients are empowered and satisfied. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the main point of contact for nonprofit clients
• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support via Zendesk and other platforms
• Collaborate on client implementations, data conversions, and customizations
• Maintain and update client account records
• Proactively share product updates and training resources
• Troubleshoot issues, test custom work, and ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate statements of work and project approvals
• Report on trends using internal tools
• Educate and support clients to maximize adoption and long-term value
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in client success, technical support, or account management (preferably SaaS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and documentation
• Familiarity with nonprofit tech and CRM platforms a plus
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with:
– Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Confluence
– Basic SQL queries
