💡 About the Role
Fetch Pet Insurance is looking for a passionate, people-centered Member Experience Associate to join its remote support team. You’ll be the friendly voice guiding pet parents through claims, billing questions, and general inquiries—turning every call, email, or chat into a chance to make someone’s (and some pet’s) day better.
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Handle high-volume inbound calls with empathy and precision
• Educate customers on policies, coverage, and self-service tools
• Follow up via outbound calls and emails
• Help pet parents navigate claims and reimbursement questions
• Use call scripts, resources, and your instincts to find first-call resolutions
• Collaborate with teammates and bring forward ideas to improve workflow
• Represent Fetch with warmth, professionalism, and pride
🧠 What You’ll Bring
• Active P&C License (required to apply)
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced, remote setup
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Tech-savvy with tools like G-Suite and modern call systems
• Ability to work independently with focus and reliability
• Passion for pets and people

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace
• High-speed internet: 100 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload
• Ability to set up company-provided equipment (with remote IT help)
