🧾 About the Role
Bloom is seeking ambitious and coachable individuals to join us as Medicare Telesales Agent Trainees for the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7). In this role, you’ll help people make smart healthcare decisions by educating and enrolling them in Medicare plans. We’ll pay for your license, train you to succeed, and reward you for performance. Top agents have the opportunity to go full-time after the season ends.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound sales calls to Medicare-eligible prospects (some inbound as well)
• Educate consumers about Medicare plan options and eligibility
• Assess client needs and match them with appropriate health plans
• Maintain clear and accurate call notes and enrollment activity
• Adhere to compliance standards and quality metrics
• Use web tools and internal platforms to manage enrollment
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay flexible, professional, and solution-oriented on every call
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Motivated, dependable, and ready to learn
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and web navigation
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to work a weekend shift if needed
• Must meet state requirements for licensing (Bloom will help you get licensed)
