Beyond Finance is looking for a Negotiations Specialist to help clients resolve their debt with confidence and dignity. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between clients and creditors—negotiating delinquent accounts, consolidating debts, and securing the best possible savings outcomes. Your communication and relationship-building skills will directly impact clients’ paths toward financial freedom.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Negotiate delinquent accounts with external partners on behalf of clients
• Maintain strong relationships with partner agencies to improve deal outcomes
• Analyze client finances and create strategies for successful resolutions
• Consolidate debt from multiple clients to increase leverage
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage accounts and track progress
• Handle account queues efficiently with excellent time management
• Participate in team projects and additional responsibilities as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Banking, or related field)
• Outstanding communication skills—listening, verbal, and written
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• CRM or Salesforce experience is a plus
