✅ Position Highlights
• Base Pay: $15.00–$18.15 per hour
• Uncapped commission structure (average annual earnings: $100K–$300K+)
• Full-time, Remote (must be located in the 48 contiguous U.S. states)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound calls from prospects actively seeking debt relief
• Assess financial situations and offer tailored debt consolidation solutions
• Build rapport quickly to gain trust and guide decision-making
• Maintain compliance standards in every transaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior sales experience required
• Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communicator with natural rapport-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
• Financial services or debt consolidation experience is a plus
💻 Remote Requirements
• Quiet, dedicated workspace in your home
• Reliable high-speed internet with ability to hardwire to desktop (equipment provided)
• Availability to work at least one weekend day per week (no M–F only schedules)
• Must reside in the 48 contiguous United States
