ABC Legal—the national leader in service of process—is hiring remote Court Support Specialists to help manage over 100,000 monthly court filings. In this role, you’ll contact courts, interpret court dockets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure time-sensitive legal documents move smoothly through the system. ✅ Position Highlights
• $15.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 100% remote (location-restricted: IN, IA, WI, ND, KY, AL, FL, OK, MI, NC, SC)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Contact courts for case updates, document returns, and general inquiries
• Use internal tools to log updates, process documents, and input data accurately
• Communicate with court personnel, attorneys, and internal teams via phone, email, and live chat
• Navigate court dockets and websites to locate and download needed documentation
• Relay court info to process servers and customers
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and collaborate on solutions
• Manage consistent in/outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PDFs
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Legal experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
