🧾 About the Role
This isn’t a complaint line job—and you’re not reading from a script. As a Bilingual Associate Customer Care Professional supporting Thrivent’s Generosity Program, you’ll own every call from “Hello” to resolution. You’ll help individuals and communities driven by purpose navigate giving, donations, and Thrivent’s unique generosity initiatives—with warmth, clarity, and cultural fluency.

✅ What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls related to generosity programs (donations, volunteering, gifting initiatives)
• Engage in meaningful conversations in both English and Spanish—no scripts
• Guide callers through nuanced, sometimes emotional giving decisions
• Use multiple systems to find solutions and complete requests
• Own first-call resolution while minimizing follow-ups
• Champion the client experience with warmth and integrity

🎯 What Makes You a Fit
• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken & written)
• Customer support or call center experience preferred

• Comfortable with remote work tech (multiple systems, secure environment)
🖥️ Remote Requirements
• Hard-wired internet: 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Private, secure, and distraction-free workspace
• Able to pass a background check
🕒 Hours
• Training: M–F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST
• Post-training: M–F, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST
